About Danielle

Danielle Genth began her career as a Real Estate Broker in 2010. Having previously worked in the dental field, she decided to change career paths after the birth of her first child. Danielle married her high school sweetheart Noah, and they have three sons they enjoy raising in their hometown of Columbia City. Family is extremely important to Danielle, and she considers it an honor to be a Real Estate Broker for her older brother Brad Minear’s company. Having her brother as a professional mentor is a tremendous asset that she is very grateful for. Danielle’s favorite part of being a Real Estate Broker is seeing the personal relationships transition from client to friendship throughout the process of selling, buying, or building a home. Danielle has also represented Ideal Builders since 2012 and has extensive knowledge in new construction. In any direction of real estate Danielle will be there to navigate and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She always wants her clients to know they are working with a friend who is always dedicated to following moral principles and who sees everyone she works with as more than just a commission.
