Danielle's either team is fabulous! We asked Danielle random questions about homes and real estate in the area over the span of several years, and she was always responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She was always willing to answer our questions and give insight even though we were not actively looking and our house was not listed. When it came time to sell, Danielle was our first and only call and she connected us with Abbey on her team to buy a home. My prior experience with realtors was I never saw them after the sale. Danielle Grier was great at finding us our house, and knows the area, but she has subsequently helped us integrate into the neighborhood with far-ranging advice, providing a valuable service long after the sale. I had to call on various service technicians upon moving in, and Danielle had excellent recommendations for all. Since then she has advised us on medical and entertainment options, and keeps us apprised of local events. Coming from out-of-state, it would have probably taken us years to acquire such diverse information, so her service is greatly appreciated. Moving is such an onerous task, so her help goes a long way.

These guys were fantastic. My wife and i were first time homebuyers after spending a nomadic life in the Air Force for 30 years. Danielle took the stress out of an otherwise very stressful process (in a very difficult time to being a home buyer). The process could not have been smoother. Danielle and her team are fantastic. This was an extraordinarily difficult market for purchasing a home. Bids had to be prompt and houses had to be viewed as soon as they went on the market. Team Grier was able to meet that challenge. Joanne (Buyer's Agent) spent a lot of time showing us houses. She never became impatient with us even though we were becoming impatient with ourselves. Anytime I requested to view a property they accommodated. The entire team responded to our emails and text messages promptly. Danielle Grier & Elliott Rogers traveled to great lengths to show us potential homes in our HUGE search area. After finding the home we would ultimately purchase, Elliott was so responsive to meet us at the location so we could negotiate with tradesmen to do all the repairs necessary in 9 days before we move in. Danielle is the sole reason I am as successful as I am. As young buyers in 2015- my ex and I had a VERY hard time finding anyone who would take us seriously. Realtor after realtor declined to work with us. Danielle took the time to find out what we wanted, educate us, and eventually make a deal happen- we closed on Missi lane 12/15/15. I sold the property in June of 2018 and used the profits to start my own company and clear a lot of debt. If it wasn’t for Danielle investing her time and energy in us, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Recently, Danielle also helped us find a house that was previously listed but taken off the market. She took initiative and found the owners and got the transaction going. Even though extensive damage to the property prevented us from buying it, Danielle and Rachel remained positive and helped us keep calm when everything felt like it was falling apart. It’s is so awesome to know that she has her own branch and has magnified her ability to bless those in our community and open endless opportunities for the people she helps. Thank you, Danielle from the bottom of my heart for believing in us and never losing faith.
