Possessing a degree from Louisiana State University and recognized as a distinguished alumna of the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast, Danielle showcases a dedication to both education and the welfare of her state. Danielle is a seasoned investor with personal ownership of multiple properties including detached single family homes and multi-family. She is well-versed in Fannie Mae guidelines, appraisal rules and regulations, as well as various loan types, including bond for deed, jumbo loans, rural development loans, and those offering lower interest rates and soft second grants.
Danielle married her best friend, Doug Musso in 1999 and together they have 3 daughters. Partnering with their church, their family is passionate about community outreach. With the help from clients, family and friends this year, The Musso Group's dedicated team also had their own outreach. They had the honor of bringing gifts, cookie decorating and live music (via Danielle's family playing guitar and singing) to one of our local nursing homes in Baton Rouge.
