Danielle and the Riley team were fantastic. During the initial meeting they identified an issue where the HOA hadn’t kept up their FHA accreditation and spent time working to fix it. Danielle also went out of her way to help us find contractors to address fixes needed on our property. She also checked in on the property often during the same process. We got a great offer within a week of the house being listed. We couldn’t be happier with the communication or the process

Danielle was absolutely incredible to work with. We probably never would have made it through the home-buying process without her. She treated us like family since day one and immediately make us feel comfortable. We knew we could trust her to have our best interest in mind with every suggestion she made and every paper we signed. The amount of time and effort she put into working with us, I’m surprised she was also still working with multiple other clients. Danielle even taught us about the ins and outs of the home buying process along the way so we understood what we could do, what we couldn’t do, and how to be competitive!

If you want an agent you can trust to look out for YOU over their own self interests, then Danielle from the Riley Team is the FIRST, BEST, and ONLY person you should call!

Where to begin with our experience with Danielle. My fiancé and I started looking for a home in March of this year just around the time that the pandemic began. Danielle was not our original realtor. We decided that communication was not what it should have been with our previous real estate agent, and we were not given the experience that we should have received as first time home buyers.

A family-friend referred us to Danielle, and we are so incredibly thankful that things worked out the way that they did. From day one, Danielle was ready to get to work and made sure that she understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. My fiancé and I had a really unique first time home buying experience but Danielle made things as smooth as possible for us throughout the process. We wrote multiple offers on homes that we lost out on, and even went under contract a couple of times as well; later to find out that things with the homes were more than wrong, etc.

It was a priority for us to be in a home by the end of the year and Danielle made it happen. In this market, we realized that we had to be as competitive as possible and we are very thankful for Danielle's guidance and advice that she gave every step of the way. Without her, we would not have settled on our perfect first home just after Thanksgiving and right before Christmas!

Danielle absolutely exceeded our expectations and put us at ease whenever we felt that things weren't going in our favor. She reassured us that the perfect home was out there for us and she was so right! I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. Danielle is so personable, kind, compassionate, and so easy going. She made our experience with her so fun and there was never a dull moment. If you are reading this review, I promise you will never regret going with Danielle. We have nothing but good things to say and hope that we have a relationship with her forever! We will certainly be back to use her in the future when we go to sell our first home to buy our next.

Danielle, thank you for everything. You truly are the best in the business.
