Outstanding realtor and even better person!

I could have not find a better realtor to work with in this transaction. It was a 3 month effort and his knowledge of the market, sense of urgency, network in the area and, most importantly, his passion for the business and for helping others made this a successful acquisition with seamless execution. Additionally, he brings to the table a lot of knowledge from his own investment experience, which was extremely helpful for a first time real estate investor like myself. Lastly, it is great to work with someone that is focused on building a relationship instead of just completing a transaction, and who is a transparent and trusted advisor to tell you when something is a good deal or a bad one. In short, Danilo is the broker anyone would like to have on their camp and I am glad I have him in mine.

I met Danilo along with approximately 60 other realtors while I had my house for sale by owner. I knew I would meet someone that I would connect with and trust to handle the sale of home. Enter Danilo Dominguez Cruz!! The most energetic and genuinely wonderful personality by far compared to the other several dozen “professionals “ I had met. He has a different, new, his own approach to the real estate “pitch”. As a 30 year real estate guy my self that started in Residential for 10 years but later moved to the commercial sector, I can tell you the “pitch” hasn’t change!! But Danilo abandoned the canned (yawn) sales chatter and is creative which caught me of guard and saying to myself- He’s the one that will sell my home!! Danilo was there for every showing, open house, inspection, appraisal and on and on even when the buyers side was not. He was on my team and on every detail until the final dot! Today we closed and even while dealing with the worst title company (not out choice) he and I managed to find humor and laughter through it all.
If you’re looking for the real deal in Real Estate Professionals Danilo Dominguez Cruz is the real deal and a great, honest guy as well!!
I HIGHLY recommend him!

I had the pleasure of having Danilo as my realtor when my husband and I was looking to buy an apartment to invest. From day 1, Danilo was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what we was looking for. We were impressed with his professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied. Danilo really helps us to get the apartment we want at the price we wanted. Danilo helped me buy my first condo. He was very professional, organized and really on top of things. He communicates very effectively with all parties and will make sure to keep his client updated on details with everything. He made the process less stressful because purchasing a home can be time consuming and tedious, however Danilo walks you step by step through the process.
