Loyalty and integrity are my watchwords! I bring to the real estate industry, management skills developed while serving in the US Army for 24 years, retiring in 1995 as a First Sergeant.
I subsequently worked in the pest control industry for 18 years before an injury prompted my move to the real estate world. My focus in the real estate industry is residential homes along with lots and land. I am pleased when I can “turn over” the keys to that first-time homebuyer, as well as assisting the empty nester “downsizing” to a manageable property.

This is a review for Realtor Danny Ball. Danny took on my property after I had worked with another realtor for a few months. I was having difficulty with this property due to the HOA and Danny was very patient and persistent throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant contact with me and provided clear and straightforward communication. This entire process was not easy and he stuck with it until the end.
