I couldn't have been happier finding Danny Fry at an open house in Hummelstown. I knew immediately that he was an honest person, who I trusted, and could help us find the perfect home. He didn't mind driving to any location to help us look at homes, including York and Lancaster counties. In fact, we also hired him to sell our home. It sold in 2 days!! His communication was very responsive, and solid. He would look at every detail in each house, and advise us of anything that we may have over looked during our tour. It was nice having someone on our side, that was looking out for our best interest, and not just to sell a house. He kept us upbeat, and positive throughout our journey. Receiving daily new house listings was a plus, and would allow us to get a jump start on the competition. I know everyone knows someone that sells real estate, but he is not as good as Danny! You can't go wrong with this guy - excellent quality service - very professional. *****

Danny was amazing to work with during the entire process of selling our existing home and building our new home. He was professional, accommodating to our needs and was genuinely interested in doing the best job that he could for us, which he did and then some. He took his time to answer any questions that we had, keep us updated throughout every step of the process and took time to meet with us whenever needed. While most people may be satisfied with their agent and move on, with everything that Danny did for us, we truly feel that not only did we have a great agent but that we also made a friend as well.

My Family's experience with Danny Fry representing us in selling and building our new home was top notch to say the least! We met Danny by chance when we began our new home search as he was showing a home at an open house. Danny felt like an old friend from the very start! He was always available to talk about any matter if we had questions through the selling and buying process. Danny would always go out of his way to make sure we were fully satisfied and understood what he was explaining to us. Through Danny's incite in the industry, we were able to sell our old home in a matter of hours from taking bids for top dollar! He also helped us negotiate terms with the building of or new home! Outstanding customer service to say the least. Very involved realtor who will get the job done and only has the best interests of the buyer. I would highly recommend Danny Fry to anyone purchasing a home. From the moment my wife and I met Danny it seemed like we knew each other for years which made comfort level for buying our first home stress free. The process for buying our home was so much easier and streamlined than we thought it would be and that was because of the work Danny put into it. He is on top of his game and will take care of you. There was no pressure from his as if he was trying to make a sale for his best interest, but instead found us what we wanted and gave us honest feedback throughout the process on some of the homes we looked at. In the end he found us the perfect home and we couldn't be any happier! I would use Danny Fry again in the future without a doubt, because he is by far the best realtor I have met.
