In addition to representing residential buyers, sellers, military clients, and investors, his experience includes commercial lease client representation and commercial property management – overseeing office, retail, and industrial assets. Before entering real estate, Danny served for six years as a submarine nuclear reactor operator and a SCUBA diver in the U.S. Navy. His attention to detail, precision, and calm under pressure give him a relaxed demeanor while never missing a beat. Danny has helped three candidates train for and earn their real estate licenses, empowering them to start their careers. In 2021, he successfully helped his first Spanish-speaking clients close on their very first home.
Danny’s favorite design influencer is Ben Uyeda, a visionary architect and designer celebrated for his sustainable and minimalist approach. Ben is the creative force behind HomeMade Modern, where he showcases his innovative and accessible DIY projects. Danny particularly appreciates Ben’s ability to repurpose everyday materials into stylish and functional designs, transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary living environments.
In his leisure time, Danny enjoys both playing and refereeing men’s roller derby. He also enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering and is a certified judge for the extremely popular trading card game with over 40 million players worldwide. Living and working in Southern California, affordable housing and immigration rights are important causes that Danny advocates for.
