Growing up in North Carolina, Danyell Smith enjoyed the beautiful coastal plains, breathtaking mountains, and exciting Piedmont area. One of her favorite memories from her childhood is making sun tea. She has called North Carolina home for over 20 years.
Danyell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women & Gender Studies from NC State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which have provided her with training and expertise in finding and using information to help others. Her professional career started in hospitality, using her natural gift of service for others and her community. During her own journey to home-ownership she developed a love and passion for real estate. Her educational and professional background has allowed her to translate her gift of service into helping serve others achieve their real estate goals of buying, selling, and investing.
