Darbin Skeans

Darbin Skeans, CCIM, serves as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of industrial and office buildings in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern Pennsylvania. With 31 years of commercial real estate experience, Skeans has secured nearly 300 transactions.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Darbin served as President of Imperial Realty, a full service Commercial Investment Real Estate firm in the Allentown area. He was responsible for development and property management.

Darbin is a member of the National Association on Realtors and holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 1983. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2001 and received the Past President Award from Pa/De CCIM Chapter in 1983.
