Darcie has a passion for helping people! Her desire to assist others and work with people led her to get her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Welfare. Her career paths have always involved working with people. After having a wonderful experience working with Christy Needles for the sale and purchase of her personal homes, she knew that working in the real estate industry would be perfect for her. Her years working on The Needles Team have been rewarding and have given her the opportunity to meet and help people with their major, and positive, life-changing real estate experiences. She loves to learn and continue to build her knowledge of Real Estate and enjoys educating her clients throughout the purchase/sale process. She is always accessible for any questions they have. She is a firm believer in hard work, honesty, and integrity, and she brings those values to her working relationships with clients.
