About Darin

I've spent my entire life living in the Turtle Lake area and graduated high school here. As a youngster, I grew up on a dairy farm until my parents sold the herd in 1988. Going through high school and continuing until my mid 20's I worked on several area dairy farms where I learned my work ethic and integrity. In 1999 I graduated from UW Stout with a major in business administration and a minor in property management.

From that time on I've spent my entire working career selling real estate and managing my own rental properties. I got to experience the American Dream and as a 26 year old I bought my first house which I still live in today just north of Turtle Lake. I've enjoyed watching hundreds of clients accomplish the same thing through the purchasing of homes, lake homes, rentals, businesses, and recreational land. I look forward to many more years of helping families accomplish their dreams of owning real estate.

My hard work and honest approach have allowed me to be successful, and I will carry this mentality with me until the end. In 2008 my brother and I bought the real estate company that we had worked for since 1999 and we currently run two office locations in Turtle Lake and Cumberland. When I'm not working, I enjoy fishing, deer hunting, and pheasant hunting with my yellow lab. In the winter months on occasion, my wife and I like to escape for a few days to the desert southwest. During the summer we spend hours on end gardening and working in the backyard. As an additional hobby, my brother and I buy fixer-upper homes to remodel, tracts of recreational land where we can improve habitat, or lakefront that we can improve with roads, electricity, debris clean up, and surveying in hopes of selling them to the next family looking to make their own memories through real estate ownership.
