My wife and I worked with Darin for nigh on two full years in our seemingly endless search for the perfect house.

Never once did he ghost us or ignore our phone calls.

We were EXTREMELY picky with our home selection and he stuck with us the entire way. We went through a few different agents who ghosted us when we didn't put an offer in on the first property we viewed. Darin is different, he stuck with us and even encouraged us when we felt as though we would never find the perfect home. Looking for a new home in the Rockford area in the current market conditions can be VERY daunting.

However, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Darin made it easier than I could have imagined. Then, when we finally did find the perfect home, we nearly lost the property due to the slow reaction time of what I had thought would be my lender. Darin swung in with a friend of his who had my financing worked out in just a few minutes!

You needn't look any further for a real estate agent, Darin will take care of you during your search from start to finish.
