Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Darlene Cope and I am very excited to be able to help you with your real estate needs here in this beautiful area of Western NC. I have been involved in real estate for many years and grew up in a family of entrepreneurs . My family had their own bed and breakfast with a fine dining restaurant as well as a real estate business. My mother started out with rental properties and built the business from there with individual sales and listings as well as development sales. I worked with her to become a licensed agent along with my husband and we worked as a team in the industry. My husband continues in the industry as a licensed general contractor and I as a licensed Broker/Realtor. My roots are in the western North Carolina real estate market and I look forward to sharing my knowledge of the local market with you.
