Darlene and her team have been amazing! We tried another realtor that I had previous sales with and had a terrible experience. We fired him and had a meeting with Darlene. She was very professional and her experience and expertise was obvious to see. We agreed to move forward and every step of the process was taken care of for us. We were given clear and honest answers to our questions, we received very prompt return calls and messages, and her entire team had a very optimistic and joyful tone. Whoever from her team would call announced there names and what their job was in selling our house. I can ask a lot of questions and never did I feel like anyone was rushing me off the phone or avoiding my questions. If I asked a question that they did not know the answer to they were honest and I immediately got another call from another team member with the answer. I really felt they cared about what I was saying and wanted me to understand what we were talking about. Our house is already under contract and I know it's because of the hard work this team did. Thank you Darlene for all of the everything. You are the only realtor I will recommend from now on.

My brother and I dreaded selling my parents' home because we both live out of state.

Darlene and her group were terrific. She came to the initial meeting with all the research done, set a good price, and set a timeline. The price was met within 2 weeks! Their advice on showing was excellent as was photographer. Darlene helped all the way, patiently explained Ohio real estate rules, and was a great negotiator with the buyer. The only reason it took longer to close than expected is because I could not get back in town quickly enough. All happy, including my Dad.
