Darlene is awesome! Jane is awesome! They went above and beyond for my family and I! We had the worst luck when it came to finding a house! Our first deal the seller pulled out. Second deal wanted way to much and needed a new roof it left us feeling discouraged! We placed bid after bid and finally one was accepted but because of certain financing regulations it fell through. Darlene and Jane never gave up. Darlene worked with us from November to March and finally after so much discouragement from things falling through we have our home! Listen to Darlenes advice! Use an in town lender! Get the inspection! Check for termites! Trust her to help you on your realty needs!! They prayed for us the gave us motivation they never let us down! We are beyond blessed to have had them on our long journey! Darlene fought for us and made the dream of finding a home possible! If we could give her a million stars we would!! So first let’s start off with 5 stars is not enough! Darlene was there for my home buying journey every step of the way and guided me in my biggest purchase of my life. It was tough and definitely a learning experience but Darlene and Jane made sure I stayed on the road to success. They were meticulous, detailed oriented and thoughtful. They are amazing nothing short of the BEST! Their customer service was top of the line. She always made sure I knew everything about my purchase, was available when needed, showed me dozens of houses and always answered my millions of questions. I could have not found a better realtor if I tried! My faith in Darlene and her team was not misplaced. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Darlene Krupala is our go-to realtor for buying or selling property. She delivered tailor made suggestions for our particular needs and brought us back to reality when we were wavering off our future home priorities. Darlene was ALWAYS RESPONSIVE at a moments notice when we were house hunting and her "Get 'er done" and "Chop-Chop" work ethic is a trait you'll need in todays market. I couldn't suggest a better realtor, really. And on top of all this, she was just fun to be with!

Darlene was most efficient and very determined to find the right place for me to transition to from the Hill County in TX. She spent 18 months sending me listings she thought might be of interest to me. I was on a budget and would not stray from that budget.
When the market became ultimately competitive to where people were purchasing homes on first sight, Darlene began video taping and Facetiming me in order to view the homes as it was impossible to drive (5) hours just to view a house.
We finally found a house that I purchased on first sight and am very happy with my home, neighborhood and city.
