Darlene Watson is a Realtor/Associate Broker, specializing in the Phoenix Metropolitan residential real estate community since 1999. Serving the Valley of the Sun where the skies are bigger, the stars are brighter and the sunsets take your breath away!

When Darlene isn’t engaged in a one-on-one consultation with her buyers and sellers, countless hours are spent in the classroom and meeting with various industry leaders. Her professional knowledge, that only time and experience can provide, allows her to educate her clients in simple, every day terms on the complexity of today’s ever changing market. Darlene holds many designations and certifications including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiator Expert), CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator), CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist), CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), VAMRES (VA & Military Real Estate Specialists), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) — just to name a few. While tackling tough issues and thinking ‘outside of the box’, she prides herself in having the ability to weed through the problems and many decisions in an effort to produce the best outcome for her clients.

Proven time and time again, through her many years of experience and successful referral based business, Darlene is compassionate and mindful of each individual’s needs and wants in a real estate transaction. From the first time home buyer to the seasoned investor, she understands the importance and responsibility of each transaction.

Darlene’s passion for the real estate industry started in the late 70's while she was employed at a small rental referral agency in Clearwater, Florida. Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Darlene brought her family to Arizona in mid-July 1990 with temperatures at a DRY 118 degrees – purchasing her first Arizona home with interest rates of 9.90%. Her career has blossomed throughout the years to various aspects of real estate including property management, leasing consultant, sales, and administrative assistant to a golf resort general manager and sales manager.

Darlene’s FIRST LOVE is her family. Her parents took up residence in Arizona mid – 1980's. She followed shortly thereafter with her two lovely daughters. Both these young ladies have graduated college and successful in their chosen professions. After a busy day at work, Darlene returns home to two canine ‘kids’ anxiously waiting for dinner and a game of catch.
