Truly the best experience I could have asked for when working with a realtor. Darneshia helped my husband and I find a beautiful single family home to rent in Virginia Beach. I contacted Ms. Darneshia 2 months prior to moving across country to Virginia from Washington State completely undecided about renting or buying. I had spoken to other realtors in the area, but being a first time homebuyer was intimating and I was buying by myself so I needed extra guidance. No one but Ms. Darneshia had the patience and expertise to walk me through the entire process step by step to help me make a decision and get me started.

Darneshia help me find a home for my mother during the summer of this pandemic. Interest rates were low and it was a seller's market. In other words, there were extremely limited options and buyers were bidding over list price on every available house. Darneshia understood the market and kept us informed and educated every step of the way. She was understanding of my mother's needs, highly responsive, and always made an effort to get us showings fast - even after hours! After finally getting a house under contract, she held our hands throughout the home inspection process, appraisal, and dealing with a less than desirable (unresponsive) seller. After closing, Darneshia went above and beyond to personally take care of my mother when the seller left the house dirty. My mother and I were so happy with her support and professionalism. As a first time home buyer, I was understandably hesitant to embark on the journey. Darneshia was everything my fiance and I could have asked for in a realtor. Going into the house hunting process we were very nervous because we had heard so many horror stories about bad realtors. Keeping this in mind, we wanted to make sure was our realtor was someone who was trustworthy and honest. Working with Darneshia was a dream.
