About Darrell

Darrell Morris, a native Virginian, is a Vice President with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, where he is involved in both the sales and leasing of investment properties. He began his career in 1989 with the Century 21 organization and came to Waldvogel, Poe & Cronk in 1992. Mr. Morris has served as an exclusive buyer agent and exclusive seller agent in both commercial and investment transactions. Upon completion of a comprehensive educational program in residential sales, the REALTORS® Institute of Virginia awarded him the professional designation of GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) in 1991. In October 1995, Mr. Morris completed the final course required by the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute for the professional designation of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). He is currently working toward the completion of the requirements by the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute for the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), having completed all credits at this time. In addition, Mr. Morris has completed both the Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking and Human Relations courses and the Dale Carnegie Sales course. He is the recipient of numerous awards from the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS® for sales excellence.
