From the moment Darren and I began working together, he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me grounded and focused. There were times I was going to veer from my "wish" list, but he spent the time really getting to know me, my wants, needs, dislikes, and what I truly wanted in a home - which kept me focused. Darren was with us every step of the way in purchasing our home in Palm Coast. We moved down from Illinois and fell in love with the area. Darren showed us many homes and did not stop until he helped us find our perfect home. Once we closed on our home Darren provided us with contacts to have some home improvements made and contractors for future work. He is a very knowledgeable person on the area and has many connections. I would recommend Darren to anyone for your real estate needs. Darren didn't miss a beat. Answered every call, even the ones we didn't make yet, kept us informed, up to date and on track with our process in the purchase of our new home. As well was there every step of the way start to finish. I met Darren when I was visiting Florida and I saw this beautiful home and the realtor was Darren Davis he jumped right on that home for me and he was so persistent in getting me and my. husband the home that we deserved.Darren introduced himself to me like he had such faith and confidence in us. I feel if you want a true veteran ,Friend , and confidant and true God bearing man meet the one and only realtor and friend Darren Davis.
I can't leave out his beautiful and vibrant wife Donna. They are the best.I live in Maryland and both Darren and Donna keep us posted on how are new home is in progress.I know we have new friends in Florida with Darren and Donna Davis.
