I can't say enough amazing things about Darria Murphy. I never thought we would be in a home, I always thought we would be renting. Darria made this happen for us and more. She is very hard working and will get YOU and the family what you want and need. She is also very patient with her clients too. She will look out for your best interest and will always go to bat for you. She tells it exactly how it is and is always so professional when doing it. I can't say enough good things about her. We did not have not even one issue with her she is amazing. If I ever go to buy a new home she will be my husband and mines go to!! I tell everyone about her! We love her!

My wife and I were relocating from Chicago to the Seattle area and it would not have been possible without Darria's expertise. The housing market here is so crazy right now that most houses seem to be sold before you can even view them. After telling Darria what we were looking for, she began to find several houses that matched the description. She would regularly email us updates so we could review them to see if they were along the lines of what we were looking for.

I was commuting back and forth from Chicago to Seattle, so my ability to see houses in person was limited. Darria made herself available after hours and whenever needed to accommodate my schedule. We saw several houses together and when I couldn't make it to a particular house, she would have a video call with my wife and me to walk us through the home virtually.

When we finally found a house we wanted, she was quick to get an offer in to the listing agent. Despite losing a few of these offers, Darria persisted in finding houses that met our criteria. We finally found a great house in a great neighborhood that we now call our home.

In everything from the house hunt to closing, Darria had our backs. After we closed and moved down, we got to the house to find that some of the agreed upon work hadn't been done. Darria got on the phone quickly to make sure that was rectified. She went above and beyond many times and we are very thankful we found her to be our realtor. I highly recommend Darria, whether you are looking to buy or sell.

She was amazing throughout the entire process. She was willing to go above and beyond for me an my family .. As home ownership and or renting is stressful. Darria provided me with all the time hints needed to make the best decision for myself and my family. If your looking for an agent I recommend her she is the best.
