My husband and I were starting to look for our forever home and were so pleased that we had Dave by our side! From selling our townhome to buying our forever home, Dave was amazing. Our timeline was quite quick because to buy our new home we had to sell our current one. He was very communicative and helped us every step of the way. He has a vast knowledge about homes and helped us understand what needed to be done to prepare our home for sale and what to look for when buying a home. Buying and selling a home is a challenging and emotional process and Dave was our constant. He is professional, an excellent communicator and knowledgeable about negotiation, contracts and more. I highly recommend Dave for all your real estate needs.

A very positive experience! Dave took the extra time to really learn what kind of property we were interested in, what we could afford and what we needed for our family. He showed us a variety of properties, pointing out any special concerns or added value. He readily kept us up to date on properties of interest. Once we found a property, he communicated all conversations with the sellers agent. His expertise in construction helped us understand the inspection results. His knowledge of local resources was very helpful mov8ng forward. Dave is an enthusiastic, professional, friendly realtor. He is also a great guy!!
