Dave Budny is by far the best out there! Truly a professional who has been in the business for a long time. Dave deserves 10 Stars.

When you are looking for a Realtor, you want someone that knows all of the rules and regulations involved with Real Estate so you are protected. You also want to make sure they know the market area that you are searching in, and you also want to make sure the Realtor you are working with knows a lot about HOMES.

Dave is a subject matter expert in all of these areas of the business, and he has also owned and/or operated companies that deal in the things YOU are going to want to have help with as a buyer! Renovation companies, Mold Remediation Companies, Home Inspection companies, etc...

If you want to have a fantastic experience, and have someone work with you to have your best interest in mind, you need to work with Dave. I have been working with him for many years representing the financing side of the transaction and Dave is a consummate professional.
