Dave Clements

Dave Clements came to Wyoming from Cleveland, Ohio to attend classes and play football at the University of Wyoming. After graduating with a degree in Administration of Justice and being named Captain and MVP of the 1977 Cowboys, Dave began a 27-year career in the beer distribution business as Sales Manager and President of two Wyoming companies. In 2005, with 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and property manager, Dave teamed up with his wife Shelley to pursue careers as real estate professionals.

Over the past 7 years, Dave and Shelley have been on the buying or selling side of over $40 Million of real estate transactions. Some of their current and past clients and customers include the State of Wyoming, Pepsi (Wyoming Beverages), Konica Minolta, The Gill Window Company, Boeing, FedEx, and Unicover.
