Dave and Dorene have been married since 1990. Dave was the owner/operator of Harbor Marine, a boutique boatyard and chandlery at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, for 24 years. Dorene developed marketing and managed accounts receivable for 14 of those years. They grew to a family of six before leaving the boating industry in 2004. Four months later, Dave became a licensed real estate agent and began helping the Santa Cruz County community buy and sell their homes. In his many years of real estate experience he has over 300 solo transactions. There are virtually no questions that he can't answer or his network of professionals can’t answer.
