Where do I even begin with Dave Dove. He is definitely one of a kind - kind of guy. Professional is an understatement, he just took the time to ensure we just didn’t find any house but helped us in finding the RIGHT house for us.

Our Story- We had come to the Tri-lake area on three different occasions to look at houses with Dave. The third time was on a whim, a Sunday afternoon and had sent him a list of four houses we wanted to look at. On such a short notice, I didn’t think it was going to be possible but Dave made it happen and ended up finding the house we were looking for on this trip. A house my wife added to the list that I didn’t even want to look at but Dave convinced me to take look at it. When we walked in we knew this would be the house we would spend the next 10-20 years in. We can’t Thank Dave enough for putting us in this house. Just kind of wish I could get him to pay the mortgage note, lol!

His advice, Professionalism, and the time he took out his busy schedule/family to find us the right house was more than my wife and I ever received from any Realtor we had worked with in the past. As a matter of fact we Love Dave so much we are working with him again on another investment property. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in this area. He definitely comes highly recommended to all of my Retired/Military friends looking to purchase a home in this Tri-lake area.

Dave was awesome in helping us sell our villa and finding a house that was perfect for us last year. He smoothed out the whole process and was over the top helpful with all the contacts we needed to get the move done. Dave is trustworthy and works really hard to help find you what you are looking for. He spends extra time allowing you to feel if the home you are viewing is right for you. When selling he knows the market well and will be honest and upfront about your home value. He's always honest so that you can get the biggest and best price for your home. He's great at being able to evaluate your home and can tell you what to upgrade and fix and what to leave alone. Dave is also amazing at follow-up. I'd say that's one of his greatest attributes. You will never feel like you are going through this process alone. He's always got your best interests at heart. This is not a job for Dave, it's a career and he treats his customers and clients exactly like that... with honesty, care, and a big heart.
