About Dave

As a local Maui resident since 1988 and a real estate agent since 1993, Dave has developed an extensive knowledge of this beautiful island, its diverse climates, and topographies, and of the special types of communities around the island.

Pick your lifestyle, and Dave can take you there. He has a real passion for the ocean, Maui, and his family! It was the ocean that brought him here. Growing up in Florida, he acquired a lifelong passion for surfing. His travels took him from Miami to Maui, and introduced him to his future wife, Andrea. Dave fell in love with Andrea, then Maui, and the rest is history.

Dave found his piece of paradise and built his family’s home from the ground up. Dave has always enjoyed carpentry and landscaping. While in college, majoring in communications, he explored architecture and technical drawing. He employs these interests when renovating properties and when helping his clients discover great opportunities.

Dave's experience with the Leadership Academy developed a skill set that has enabled winning awards such as Realtor of the Year, Top 3% of all Maui Realtors three years in a row. His philosophy is that while this business is quite serious, it's still possible to enjoy the journey. According to his testimonials, most clients feel the same way!
