Dave Garcia

Dave Garcia is a Holland native that has resided here for most of his life, he possesses exceptional knowledge of the deep cultural history and diversity of Holland Michigan. He excels in providing exceptional customer service and is highly efficient. Much of his skill set has been developed through many years involving critical thinking, problem solving and being relentless at achieving the best desirable results. He brings a skill set focused on interpersonal communication and interaction. He is exceptional in handling complexity and ambiguity, integrity, independent mindedness, collaboration, and financial competence.

Dave knows the value of resources and has a significant database
of vendors that can be used to suit his customers’ needs no matter how big or small the task. He is prompt in completing any job, understanding that time of the essence is vital to customer satisfaction.

Dave comes from pharmaceutical manufacturing at a local
company that has a vast global footprint, he has spent several years heavily involved in the production process while also holding several key leadership positions.

For the past decade his focus has been on the Quality of goods produced focusing on customer safety, satisfaction. The skills obtained in his tenure are a great asset to him and his clients.

Dave’s involvement with the community enables him to provide
mentorship to Holland’s youth, helping to develop independence and possessing the individuality needed to navigate this world supporting the Kid’s Hope network. It was an honor for Dave to serve his country with 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, currently he is a volunteer firefighter and serving his community is a vital part of his life.

A strong passion to Dave is his faith to God, family and
friends. His family is his world, he is work partners with his wife Emily and
