Dave transitioned from Southern California to Williamson County, Tennessee, drawn to living on acreage, local eateries, and a peaceful lifestyle. Dave has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Education. He was a Pitcher at California State University Long Beach, played in the College World Series and then played Professional Baseball before moving into the business world.
