Dave Grotewiel

Dave Grotewiel grew up in a large family, one of nine children, in the Midwest. This gave him great ethics, values, and morals. While traveling to various parts of the world, in the U.S. Navy, he was exposed to diverse cultures and lifestyles. However, his favorite place is San Diego, where his family and he have lived for over 25 years. He earned his degrees at a local college, which helped him establish and manage an industrial equipment company for several years. His real passion though, has always been real estate. He is proud to have his group at DG Homes be a part of Coldwell Banker West Real Estate because of its ambitious standards, proven history, and client dedication. These traits mirror his own principles. He is a firm believer in doing things right and appreciates the opportunity to help you.
