About Dave

Dave Grotewiel grew up in a large family, one of nine children, in the Midwest. This gave him great ethics, values, and morals. While traveling to various parts of the world, in the U.S. Navy, he was exposed to diverse cultures and lifestyles. However, his favorite place is San Diego, where his family and he have lived for over 25 years. He earned his degrees at a local college, which helped him establish and manage an industrial equipment company for several years. His real passion though, has always been real estate.
