Dave Holzem

Dave joined Nifong Realty in 2007. His focus is on nationwide site location and acquisition of new development sites in the retail and commercial sectors, tenant leasing and property marketing.

Prior to joining Nifong Realty, Dave worked as a commercial broker in Wisconsin and the Midwest focusing on development properties, financial institution site acquisitions, and the sales and acquisitions of investment properties. Dave has been involved in the sale of over $200,000,000 and 3 million square feet of investment sales.
