That's more than just a catchy title; it's a way of life and a way of doing business.
I've been a real estate professional for about 14 years and I take an active approach, solving the inevitable problems before they appear or at least before they get out of hand.

I have two bachelors' degrees: one in psychology, from UCLA, and one in meteorology, from San Jose State. I was a TV weather guy for about 20 years before I realized real estate was my real passion. So now I specialize in North San Diego County and I love being in my element, keeping folks and their money safe, guiding them through what are usually the biggest transactions of their lives.
