Dave Marcolla

Dave is a seasoned marketing and financial services executive having worked for AT&T, Comcast and TD Bank since moving to the area in 2000. However, his personal passion for real estate has brought him to Keller Williams. Dave and his partner Jamie have purchased and restored 4 historic homes in Eastern PA and Central NJ. They know how important and rewarding finding the right home, and in many cases bringing it back to life, can be. Dave was selected for the positions he held prior for his tenacity and ability to put the customer first. He helped these iconic organizations transform into more customer-centric service oriented businesses. Now Dave has brought that level of focus to his clients at Keller Williams! When not working on his own home or helping his clients find their dream home or investment property, Dave serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia, Board Member of Newtown Business Association and enjoys great foods and brews and time with his 2 furry sons, Brian and Ted, who provide lots of licks and inspiration! Dave studied Real Estate at the Princeton School of Real Estate and recently received his MBA from La Salle University as well as a Strategic Marketing Program Certificate from Wharton. Recently he was awarded a 2018 Realtors Among Us award from the Bucks County Herald and completed the Bucks County Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. In 2019 and 2020 Dave was also voted a top 4 Real Estate Agent in Bucks County by readers of Bucks Happening Magazine.
