About Dave

Dave Noyes has lived in several different cities and regions around the country so he knows what its like to move from one home to another. Dave started his real estate career in 2001 in Lansing, Mi. In 2003, his news anchor wife was offered a job in Asheville, NC. They traded the Great Lakes for mountains and started their family in NC and Dave started selling real estate in the Asheville region.

Dave has enjoyed almost two decades of real estate sales success in two different states both managing other brokers and in his own book of business. With extensive knowledge of the Asheville and Hendersonville real estate markets and using innovative and creative marketing methods, his focus is on easy, seamless and trouble-free transactions for his clients.
