Originally from Southern California, I attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in 1986 and earning my degree in Social Welfare. I am also a military veteran: I enlisted in the Air Force after earning my degree, serving as an aeromedical evacuation technician. From my time in the military to real estate, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to helping others. Whether looking after my fellow service members or guiding someone through the real estate market, I was thinking of their well-being above all else, cognizant of my obligations and the impact I could make. This is a point of pride for me – doing right by people and setting them up for success.
During my time in real estate, I have empowered hundreds of home buyers and homeowners to make decisions with which they can be happy. Because of my long and rich experience collaborating with investors on flip properties, I am adept at working under pressure and figuring out viable solutions to challenges that seem almost unsolvable when you first look at them – the home that won't sell, the budget that won't fit. As a California Association of Realtors member and the National Association of Realtors, I think of California as my place. I have been married here for 33 years to my loving wife, Randi, and together, she and I have raised two daughters, Hannah and Kaitlin. In my free time, I enjoy cycling and traveling.
