Dave Steger

Dave’s passion for new construction started as a child when he would walk through homes under construction with his father who was also in the real estate industry. After graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead with a degree in Psychology, Dave worked as a new construction Project Manager before transitioning into his role as a New Home Consultant over 20 years ago. It was those years as a Project Manager that taught him so much about the home building process and deepened his passion for this industry. Dave’s favorite part of his job is being there with his homeowners at every step of the home building process to make sure they have a great experience and one they will remember fondly for years to come. In his free time, you’ll more than likely catch Dave on the golf course or spending time with his wife, son and daughter.
