Dave and Luci gave great advice when it came to selling my home to my children. They put me in contact with someone who could handle the sale without realtors. On the other side Dave and Luci helped us find our new home. They set up walk throughs of homes that were in a price point. As we walked into the new construction their knowledge was wonderful. When we couldn't decide Dave and Luci gave up some of their family time on Sunday for us to do one last look at our top two homes. Through the whole process I was relieved to know these two had my best interests. I highly recommend these two realtors!

I've never worked with a realtor duo before, but I cannot imagine it gets much better than Dave and Luci. While we only knew them for a short time, as our process was quick and unexpected, I truly believe they will still be in our corner for years to come with any questions or concerns we may have. They were fantastic realtors, but they are even better people. I cannot recommend them enough and truly appreciate how painless this process was.

Dave and Luci were recommended to us from a really good friend of mine. We definitely do not regret reaching out to them when we were ready to sell our house and buy a new one! They were responsive, quick and extremely kind. Buying and selling a house is so stressful but Dave and Luci honestly made the process so smooth for us. I will no doubt be recommending them to my friends and family going forward!! The next time we need to buy or sell a house we will be making sure our first call goes to Dave and Luci! Dave and Luci were wonderful to work with, making the whole house buying process easy! They checked in with us throughout our house hunt and purchase. Even after it was all said and done they still checked in with us to make sure no issues had arisen! I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

We knew the moment that we met them that they were going to be perfect for us.

Listed my parents home on March 1 and received two offers over asking the first day.

We closed on April 1. Amazing results!
Great ommunicators , verry patient and no task was too big an ask.

If we lived in Des Moines I would love to hang out with them. They are so fun to be around.

when my husband and i were shopping around for our first home Dave and Luci made the process so easy and made sure we were comfortable with everything. as young adults buying their first home, we were pretty clueless on the process and Dave and Luci made it so it was so straightforward. we told them what we were looking for in a home and they made it happen. they were there for us from start to finish and never made us feel pressured and were so responsive to any questions or concerns we had. we are now in our perfect home and couldn’t be happier and it would not have happened without Dave and Luci. trust me when i say that hiring this team was the absolute best thing you will do for any of your real estate needs! they are 10/10 the best!

Full disclosure- this is my mom and step dad. Regardless, Dave and Luci are two of the best realtors (and friends) you could ask for. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect home. They will give honest and crucial feedback when looking at homes so you know exactly what you are getting. For example Dave always thoroughly checks the foundation of each listing. They are there for their clients and are ready at a moment's notice to go show new listings. They found our house when it had been on the market for 15 minutes, and we were there 20 minutes later doing a walk through.

As a young home buyer I was anxious about the unknowns of the process, but Dave and Luci clearly explained how to get pre-approved and what I would expect to pay. They made this entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

Luci and Dave have shown they have what it takes to ensure they meet the needs of their clients. We purchased our first home in Urbandale with their assistance. They went the extra mile to ensure financing was at our fingertips when purchasing a home and worked diligently to ensure we got a bang for our buck when we sold a home. Since that time we have purchased and sold 4 homes through this great team - I wouldn't dream of doing a real estate transaction without these two at my side.
