I found Dave Tambur through Zillow after my first real estate agent moved out of state. Dave and I never met since I was buying from out of state. Here he helped me purchase my first home. I never saw the houses in person but Dave was open and honest about the condition and sent great videos of the houses and even coordinated with my father so he could tour with him. With Dave's experience, connections and patience I got more home than I thought I would for the price. He stays on top of things throughout the process and even after all the paperwork is signed he is still there to help you get all set up.
