Welcome home! My name is Dave Wills. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia and have seen first-hand the area’s rapid growth and westward expansion. Being a resident of the Warrenton/Culpeper area for last 20+ years, I’ve witnessed the particularly amazing evolution of the real estate market in this region.
