I am native of Philadelphia and a Marketing / Finance graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the London Business School of London, England, with over thirty years of work experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, including several years at the Campbell Soup Company.

Since 1975, I have bought and sold my own single-family, residential investments. I currently manage a Main Line commercial office complex in Haverford, Pennsylvania. See www.HaverfordCommons.com. Although I prefer providing marketing services for sellers, employing personalized, single property websites, I work with equal interest assisting buyers in residential purchase and rental as well!

My particular interest is in the delivery of client services in both residential seller / buyer representation and property management, using emerging information technologies to simplify the real estate transaction for today's more sophisticated real estate consumer.

I assist both sellers and buyers in many styles of homes, but specialize in townhomes. Thirty years "growing up" in Philadelphia has provided me a keen awareness of the features this type of home can offer to both first-time buyers and those who wish to down-size their housing responsibilities.
