It was a joy to work with Dave Bailey throughout the home-buying process. I will be forever grateful to him for helping us find, purchase and move into our new home! His experience, competence, patience and ability to remain one step ahead of me (!) throughout this effort, made what seemed to me to be impossible, become possible (as I was also managing an unexpected family medical crisis throughout this entire time). Moreover, and just as importantly; Dave professionally and diligently followed through with the few surprise items that needed attention after the closing. Dave Bailey was instrumental in the successful purchase of my home during a very stressful time during the pandemic. It was a very competitive environment, a challenging seller and a complicated coastal purchase in a flood zone. The deal could have fallen apart and probably would have if not for Dave. He managed to keep things moving forward and went above and beyond to satisfy the bank’s requirements. He was a seasoned negotiator and worked professionally with my very particular lawyer.
