If you value honesty and integrity, you will want to contact David to sell your home and/or to buy a new one. He took great care and made detailed videos of the homes I was interested in for me to view until I found "the one." He worked tirelessly on my behalf (in this crazy market) to make it happen for me. I will always be grateful to David and highly recommend him as your real estate agent/broker. He will always be my agent if I need one in the future. I can honestly say that I trust him wholeheartedly. Thank you David! You are the absolute best!

I would like to state that David Balfour is the best real estate agent ever! David is very experienced and it showed in every aspect of his work. He understood this process from start to finish and he always answered my questions- no matter how many! He understood all of my challenges as a seller of a renovated property and even anticipated what I would need to know in advance of a situation occurring with this process. David is also well connected in the community and was able to provide me with solid referrals for any and everything that I needed in the process. David's wife was also wonderful in that she also showed care and concern as she helped prepare my property to be sold. But more importantly than David's knowledge of the market, skill in negotiating with the buyer's real estate agent, and seamless processes, he actually cared about me as a client and was supportive and encouraging through it all, even during times when I felt discouraged in this journey. It is with great enthusiasm and confidence that I endorse David as an agent and I look forward to the next time that we are able to work together!

David was my realtor for the purchase of my very first home in Nashville. We looked at a house on Saturday, and he had the offer drawn up the following Monday and it was accepted Tuesday evening. David did a good job of staying in contact with me regarding the paperwork, and handled a lot of the little stuff for me and would only send me finalized documents that needed review and signature. He made it a priority to only request action from me when he knew it would result in finalization and avoided a lot of back and forth. He coordinated several looks at the home for me so I could take measurements, and even got me moved in during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor to someone I know.
