I accepted a job that immediately took me out of the area with the future plan of moving. I hired Dave to help with my house selling need, with the understanding of a past negative selling experience in another state. I basically turned my house key over to Dave and left the area. In under 40 days we accepted a reasonable offer and in under 90 days we closed. Dave kept an eye on my home weekly and was instrumental in helping get small items done after the buyer home inspection. Furthermore, the buyer provided no flexibility on closing and Dave was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat on the 12th hour and find me a moving company. Dave also found an error in my annual tax that did not include the homestead exemption and I was able to file for prior year recalculation and future refund. I recommend Dave to anyone selling a home that wants a true warrior and someone in their corner. Thank you Dave!

Recently my wife Elizabeth and I had an opportunity to work with Mr. Beckham with Realty Executives in Alexandria. This was our third attempt to get our house sold to be near our son who lives in Kentucky. To be completely upfront, Elizabeth and I hoped to get the house finally sold but didn’t really expect it. We had been told repeatedly it was just too expensive for the area.

When we met with Mr. Beckham he seemed much more optimistic than we did about the sale. He explained exactly why he felt the house had not sold and what we needed to do to get it sold. Mr Beckham explained in a very professional yet matter of fact manner what we needed to hear. I’m not sure the other realtors we had told us what we needed to hear. In retrospect it was more what we wanted to hear. After less than 4 months Mr Beckham and his office Realty Executives in Alexandria we’re able to get us finally headed towards Kentucky. I think Elizabeth is looking forward to Christmas more than the grandkids this year. It’s been so long since we spent the holiday together as one big family.

Our son Jason and his wife asked why we never hired David Beckham over at Realty Executives of Alexandria sooner. The simple answer is we kept looking at the size of the real estate office or the quantity of people working there instead of looking for quality. Take it from us that young man worked hard, kept us in the loop and most importantly kept his word. He got it sold like he said he would.

Any and every time we called, David returned our calls promptly. No words can describe how appreciative I am of what David has done for me and my house buying/selling experience. I was a first time house buyer moving from NC to LA for my job. I got in contact with David through Zillow. David not only had the knowledge of an experienced realtor who new the area and the marking, but also treated me like family. He was always able to answer any and every question I had and to settle my nerves or when I wasn't sure what to do next. I was able to purchase my home from start to finish in less than a month. Unfortunately 8 months later my job once again had me moving. David once again saved the day and we were able to sell the house for a profit in less than a month. We moved to Alexandria in 2014 from out of town. David Beckham was extremely helpful in helping us build a house. We were not familiar with the market and was going to build a house that was not a good fit for the market. David called me and recommended that I change the style so resale would be easier and gave me the numbers to local builders in the area. To say I was pleased to have David as my realtor would be an understatement! When my husband and I began this process, I was in the Alexandria area but my husband was away for work. 2017- ONCE AGAIN::: My husband and I had the opportunity to work with David Beckham. We said years ago that we would choose no other and, when it was time to sell our home, we knew just where to go. We have been truly blessed to have David in our corner. The same day we were listing the home, we ended up under contract. David was beside us EVERY step of the way. Not once did I have to question if he was being completely straight forward. Positive or negative, you know exactly where you are and where you need to be to make it happen. The man is more dedicated than any I have dealt with. There were even times I found myself telling him he needed to go rest. But not once did he stop working for us. He kept me completely on track and closed on our home flawlessly. If he was tied up with another, his wife Mandi was readily available. This team is truly a match made in heaven!! We are now on our next venture of building our forever home. He is still right by our side. 2011- David Beckham was very helpful in the house searching process. He listened to my concerns on areas and truly kept these things in mind throughout the entire time. I was able to put my trust in him, as I did not know the areas that well, but wanted to make sure I put my child somewhere safe. I was very impressed that he stepped outside of the box as much as he could to answer questions since I was "walking blindly". If he did not know the answer, he made sure to help me find it. To me, that was beyond his requirements. During the negotiation process, I was his number 1 goal, and my needs/ wishes were met. Recently, we were in the difficult situation of having to sell real estate in Alexandria, LA from our home near New Orleans. Because of David Beckham's help and expertise, this went off seamlessly through phone conversations and over the internet. All during the course of listing, showing and closing, he was always available and kept us posted on any developments. Our initial asking price was a little high for the market because we were trying to recover money spent on extras. He did not question our somewhat high requests but waited for us to be comfortable with a lower price.

In 2009, my husband & I were in the market to find our first home. The journey began with a realtor (who will remain nameless) that we weren't pleased with. My grandmother recommended that we use David Beckham because he was able to sell her home (when several previous realtors could not) and then helped her find the ideal condo.
