As a home buyer or seller, you are about to make one of the most important financial decisions of your life. For most people, their home is their biggest investment. Whether you are buying your first home or fifth, you have many important decisions to make. One of which is to choose the Realtor that you feel will best represent your needs in the selling or buying of your home. Originally from the Chicago area, my family moved to the Washington DC Metro region in 1967, where both my parents taught for the Fairfax County Public Schools. After growing up in Northern Virginia and graduating from George Mason University, I moved to Montgomery County, Maryland in 1987. After first living in Kensington, I got married in 1989 and we bought our first home in Gaithersburg in 1989. In 1998, we bought a new home in Germantown where I currently live with my wife Jean and dog Luna. We the area and our neighbors. I am an active and committed volunteer in the community.
What I like most about my job is meeting new people, learning about their lifestyles and needs so I can match them with the best neighborhoods and homes. Being a natural analytical person and task manager, allows me to stay on top of all the tasks that need to be managed throughout the home sale process. When you are buying or selling a home no one wants surprises, so I always communicate continually with my clients, so you will always where everything stands and what to expect as the transaction progresses to settlement. Most of all, it is my goal to ensure my clients feel amazingly comfortable and confident that their home purchase or sale is in good hands, and they will know that their best interest is always in the forefront of my attention.
