From growing up in Des Moines, IA, his hard work and dedication started from being born and raised on a farm, putting in long hours and never quitting until the job was complete. Dave has been in the sales business for over thirty-eight years from door-to-door sales routes selling Schwann’s. From getting to interact with all personalities and helping serve their families and his community. After his first son started into grade school, he decided to switch gears to another sales profession; Insurance and investments sales. Dave worked very hard in his position and loved helping clients and being a family man to his four children. He worked over twenty-three years in the business of investments until he moved to Southwest Florida and has lived there just over nine years. He then decided to take his sales trainings to the next level by obtaining his real estate license as soon as he moved to Florida. With the years of past knowledge in previous careers in sales, David knew he would love helping clients’ find their dream home in SW Florida. He has had many life experiences that have helped him excel in the field of real estate. Dave loves to help clients and build lifelong relationships.

In Dave’s free time he loves to spend time with his four grown children and his two granddaughters. Along with boating, going to the shooting range with his son, and grilling.

Over the past seven years in real estate, Dave has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by his clients and professionals in the field. A current Venice resident, he is very familiar with all the current and changing market conditions.
