David Blanton

Born in Kansas City, Kansas, David Blanton proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1992–1996 before putting down roots in Georgia in 1997. A year later, he began his real estate journey as an appraiser, later expanding into property management, loan origination, and even flipping homes. By 2012, David had earned his salesperson’s license and discovered his true passion—helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
With over 27 years of industry experience, David has guided more than 300 families through their real estate needs. He has also mentored and trained hundreds of agents, served on his brokerage’s Associate Leadership Council, and consistently ranked in the top 10 out of 200+ agents in his office. His background as a Certified Real Property Appraiser, broker, mentor, and former team leader gives him a unique perspective that benefits both his clients and fellow professionals.
What sets David apart is his personality. With a background in stand-up comedy and improvisational theater, he brings a fun, engaging, and effective style to everything he does. Clients quickly discover that working with him is not only professional and results-driven—it’s also enjoyable.
Outside of real estate, David is a proud husband of 28 years and the father of two grown daughters. He’s also an avid football fan who never misses a chance to cheer on his beloved Kansas City Chiefs.
