I highly recommend this realtor. I always felt that my realtor had my best interest in mind and he always had great advice when something unexpected came up. I never felt like a number or a job to him, I always felt like he genuinely listened to my buyer/seller needs and requirements and did his best to make it happen. We recently listed our cabin with 4 Seasons Homes and Land because they came highly recommended. Every step of the process of dealing with them on our listing exceeded our expectations.

David Brown was our realtor, and he had our home listed with amazing photos very quickly. We started receiving requests for showings the day after he posted the listing. The very first people who saw the home purchased it.

David has decades of experience in selling homes like ours, and his knowledge of how and when to list it really showed.

During the process we had many questions for him as any seller or buyer would have. Even when we called to leave him a message either late in an evening or on a weekend, he always answered the phone himself. This was very impressive and certainly not expected by us.

We highly recommend him and would use him again should the need arise.

I don’t know if he would even let me use this word but I’m going to anyways, David was PERFECT!!! You would have thought we had known each other for YEARS! David has been prompt and an excellent communicator throughout the home buying process. It really shows that he cares about his clients. Since I was buying during the housing bubble he was very frank about the home’s current market value versus what it may be worth normally. He helped me find contractors since I am new to the area. I had difficulty closing on my house and when the loan agent declined my calls David persisted with the bank and got the deal done. Even when there wasn’t much news he always answered the phone, told me what he could and what he was doing to further the process. When I find myself in the market again I will certainly give him a call!

Mr Brown at 4 Seasons Homes and Land was very professional and on my side. He kept the places we viewed in my budget and never tried to push me out of my financial comfort zone. He offered several options in my price range and stayed within the driving distance I had specified from work and school. He had great advice, as well, like if something was overpriced, was a money pit, or would have a good resale value, etc.. I felt like he definitely had me and my son's best interest at heart. David Brown did an outstanding job of securing the purchase of the home we now live in and selling our old home. There were many obstacles in achieving our goals, but David navigated us successfully through them all. The first issue we had in buying our current home was that we were out bided, then the bank said the price was too high and finally the house did not pass the home inspection. David negotiated around them all and we were able to make the purchase. Then selling our old home had different obstacles, but just as many, in the end however we sold the home for more than the original asking price. Bottom line, even with all the negotiations all the parties in selling and buying went away happy and satisfied with the deals.
