David is the son of a 28-year Army Veteran and earned a BS from James Madison University and an MA from Old Dominion University. When he’s away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his loving and supportive wife, Paula; his four children, Sydney, Christopher, Carys, and Elise; and their Havanese puppy, Shiloh.
