After Graduating San Diego State in 2003, Dave Castle started on his career in Real Estate by working as a Title and Escrow sales rep for LandAmerica between 2003-2008. By learning the back end of the business first Dave had a unique advantage over his competition before transitioning to residential Real Estate sales.

Dave has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and has focused his business in Orange County, California. Dave has extensive REO experience and in 2012 was a top producing Southern California REO agent for a major nationwide servicer. He has also successfully helped multiple home owners avoid foreclosure by personally handling all asset manager negotiations on his short sale transactions.

Dave has a current NMLS license and has previously held both a Series 7 and Series 63. This strong financial background has helped him coach numerous buyers and sellers towards making the best overall financial decisions as part of the sales process.
