David Chernabaeff

David Chernabaeff was born and raised in the Kern County area being the 4th generation in Kern County. In the past years David has been involved in several family owned businesses from farming, ranching and multiple retail locations. He has been involved in real estate from the late 80's to the present. Being very active in the local Real Estate market keeping up with all the changes and challenges of our ever changing environment. He has personally bought and sold multiple properties of his own from personal residence to commercial and investment properties which gives him a unique insight in the marketing for the seller's side and ideal bargaining power for the buyer's side of the transactions that he represents. David and Katrina Chernabaeff have been happily married for many years with two beautiful girls that all help on the ranch. His daughters are active in the local 4-H program and show project market and breeding sheep at the Kern County Fair and they are also active in the performing arts and film industry.
